Our orders ship Monday- Friday, 9am-3pm. Orders generally are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If a holiday falls within the week, it is not considered a business day. If we are out of stock on a product, we will contact you to quickly resolve this issue. If you have a deadline, we recommend ordering your hair in advance to accommodate for any shipping delays outside of our control.
